I met with Dr. Kelly before my surgery, the day of surgery and 10 days after surgery. She has always been very informative, patient with questions and helpful. The surgery went perfectly. Ten days later when I was activated I could already comprend voices. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend.
When this Dr. came into the room she looked irritated and bothered. At one point she told us she had only done a particular surgery one time and when asked if it was successful, she shrugged her shoulders and said well I do surgery but I don't know what happens to people after. Normally Dr's have follow up appts after to make sure the outcome. I got the impression she was frustrated in coming up with a solution or didn’t have the experience. Could she have just said that?
