Dr. Licalzi is an amazing physician who explains things well and ensures she is always there for help or adjustments to treatment. I am so grateful for her!
Dr. LiCalzi is very responsive and kind. She really listens to your issues and strives to create the most suitable medicine to remediate them.
Giving 5 stars for my doctor. Would give 3 for the practice because of billing issues and not receiving statements (they did go through an acquisition). I have been patient since 2019. Dr. LiCalzi is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever worked with. She’s on time, caring, listens to your concerns and works with you to come up with a solution that your bought into. Most doctors just tell you what they want and that’s that. Although I’m worried this review will fill up her schedule even further, she deserves all of the praise!
I love Dr LiCalzi. She has helped me live life instead of just trying to survive it. I did take two stars off because of their billing department and practices. I've spent hours, days, weeks trying to get my bill correct. If it weren't for Dr LiCalzi I would have left the practice long ago. 6/30/25 sent message to email as requested below, sent message via patient portal 6/9 and got zero response, sent another message via patient portal today. Billing has been resolved.
Dr LiCalzi is always on top of my concerns and patiently addresses my needs.
