After nearly two years of being under Dr. Pflagraz’s care, I was blindsided to be dropped as a patient over alleged no-shows. By my count, there were only two instances where I couldn't make it—hardly a pattern. Beyond the logistics, what’s truly disappointing is the total lack of concern for my well-being. To end a long-term professional relationship so coldly, without acknowledging the life circumstances we’d discussed, feels incredibly callous. It’s a disheartening way to handle patient care.

I go through life stands for both my therapy and psychiatry. It has been nothing but a blessing both my therapist and psychiatrist are very easy to talk to. They actually listen And find the right plan for you. I had extreme panic and anxiety before I started therapy and psychiatry life stance. And though I’m still in the middle of my journey of feeling and being normal again. I would say my anxiety and panic are almost near gone. After a few months.

The people are very kind and understanding. I never feel like I'm just another patient. They actually listen and care about what you say, answer questions and come up with problem solving solutions to try.

Elizabeth is truly one in a million!!!! She listens, understands, and I truly feel heard every time I see her. She answers my questions quickly and promptly on the portal. I truly appreciate all that she does who she is! Thank you Elizabeth for being taking such great care of mental health!

Lifestance is easy to work with. The portal is easy to use, and the tel-a-health system rocks! NP Pfalzgraf was delightful to talk to and approachable about problems. She was straight forward about things and told me both sides of things (benefits vs risk).
