RecommendedRick showed up on time. He did a great job on my hot tub. We opened up the tub for a cleaning and found that the water level was really low. He took his time, found the leak and fixed it. Rick did a great job and explained everything. He is a great employee. Would like to have him the next time.
RecommendedI was very happy with the service I received for my Hot Springs Spa. From scheduling to repair, it was done professionally and well. Billy, the service repair technician did the repair quickly as he replaced non functioning jets. If I could give him stars here, it would definitely be 5-STARS.

I rarely leave reviews but I felt others needed to be warned, especially with how costly of an investment this is. The excitement of having an above ground pool installed to enjoy this summer quickly turned into a nightmare full of frustration. When we picked out the liner in February, we asked for a lighter color but was told there was only one color option. I've contacted them twice to get an estimate for new rubber rails and to put new felt on my pool table and still have yet to hear from them
Buyer beware if you buy a hot tub they have horrible service or maybe just for people with smaller hot tubs . The screws came out of the side of my hot tub where the cover is located . This was due to water gathering on the left side . I went in and explained the problem . Just to come look at it $199. No labor or parts just tell me how much to fix . What if I had an electrical problem . Maybe 25 or 50 for time applied to labor but 199 just to look ! Unbelievable.
BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! We attempted to purchase a swim spa from Elko. They took our money and the day before delivery they called to say they ordered the wrong spa. I was in touch with the Sales Representative and the General Manager, Joanne; neither were able to satisfy the order. I called the owner only to be told the General Manager was handling the problem.
