A crown and 2 fillings.. 2 shots to numb me up..never felt a thing.. not even the 2 shots!.. Dr. Baker is freakin' awesome!.. love her and all her staff. Wonderful experience everytime! I have been a patient here for a few years now and for good reason! Ali is my hygienist and she is always very sweet and welcoming! She and Dr. Baker are very thorough with my cleanings, highly recommend! The office staff is also very pleasant and welcoming when you first arrive. I appreciate the consistent, excellent service that is always provided to me!
Had appointment last Friday new patient. They did x-rays and the Dentist took a look and no cleaning at that time. They told me I had to reschedule for cleaning. I rescheduled for cleaning and the cleaning took less than 15 minutes very quick. My wife was there a couple weeks prior for her checkup and cleaning which the cleaning she had took considerably longer. Today I felt like I was fast tracked and see ya later. MY teeth didn't feel clean at all compared to other times at the Dentist I was going to
Although the office staff are polite it doesn’t account for the wait time. It bothers me that people are so dismissive when it comes to another’s time. I arrived for my appointment and called as directed. I was told there would be a 10 minute wait which would mean I would come inside after my appointment time. So I sit in my hot car waiting and no call comes. I decide to call and then I was told my appointment was actually later than the true time but I could now come inside. I was looking for a dentist for a while now, one that took my insurance as well. I Finally found Dr Baker through my searches. I started having dental issues as a child and ive had so many horrible experiences, so im always very apprehensive when i have to go to a new dentist. I made an appointment with Dr Baker, again, scared, but have to get some work done.
