I went to this dentist because their prices for crowns was more reasonable. I wish I didn't make that decision based on money alone. I honestly was traumatized by the fitting of the crown. I did not receive enough Novocaine for both the removal of the tooth and the placement of the crown. She drilled to remove the temporary crown which is normally not the case so I'm not sure what she used to secure it in the first place. I always appreciate the service by Dr. Guzman,. One of the few places you can find where the dentist still does the cleaning. She’s also conservative and never pushes unnecessary procedures. Her staff is friendly, bilingual, and attentive.
Dr. Guzman is a kind and gentle dentist, but the wait times are really out of control - in my three visits, in all but one I have waited for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to even get in the chair. Quality dental care, but be forewarned that you will need to block more time than you think for your appointment.
Dr. Guzman is amazing, gentle and very caring, I had a procedure done after dentist relocated, I was amazed how quickly less painful it was. The rest of the staff are very helpful
I don't require extensive dental work but my teeth cleaning is always timely and the staff are friendly.
