Dr. Guzman is wonderful! She is professional, kind, and very understanding. She truly listens to me and always explains everything she is doing, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m very grateful to have a dentist who genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!
Dr Elsa Guzman is a dentist who knows how to identify and solve my issue. She swiftly explained then offered options. Her methods were thorough. She also came across as genuinely caring about my condition. Her assistant Matilda is efficient and helpful while simultaneously being amiable. There were many patients on the day of my visit and on this basis alone, I could see how popular Dr Guzman is.
I brought my 100 year old mom in for a fitting for dentures. Mom has masshealth and there are various steps to take before final approval for services. Dr. Guzman was so kind to do both the xrays and dental impressions today to save mom an extra trip as it is difficult to get her out. Dr. guzman and her staff could not have been nicer and very professional. She made my mom ( and me) feel very comfortable. I look forward to continuing to meet with her with my mom. The office is also immaculate.
I visited the office of Dr. Guzman for the first time this past week, although checking in went smoothly, during my examine Dr. Guzman used one tool, the metal pick and rather use a dental mirror she kept my mouth open with her left hand index finger. A gloved finger is an extremely awkward tool to use for long term during a cleaning and trying not to bite her felt impossible, although difficult, I in fact didn't bite her. I had a great experience with Dr. Guzman. She is very friendly, non judgemental if you let your teeth go a bit The staff is friendly and helpful.
