I always appreciate the service by Dr. Guzman,. One of the few places you can find where the dentist still does the cleaning. She’s also conservative and never pushes unnecessary procedures. Her staff is friendly, bilingual, and attentive.
Dr. Guzman is a kind and gentle dentist, but the wait times are really out of control - in my three visits, in all but one I have waited for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to even get in the chair. Quality dental care, but be forewarned that you will need to block more time than you think for your appointment.
The kind, personal care you get directly from Dr. Guzman is unmatched in the neighborhood. I switched from Gentle Dental years ago, and it was the right decision.
Dr Guzman has been my dentist for over 20 years. I’ve always been impressed by her professionalism, as well as her staff’s. She is kind and asks questions related to oral health that yield a thorough examination and effective treatment. I've been going to Caring Family Dental for several years now, and I'm very happy with my dental service here. I make the trip from Quincy because it's worth it. Everyone from the front desk to the dental chair is so kind and professional. I have no complaints. The office is always so clean, neat, smells nice and I love the soothing music.
