Total failure. Aspen Dental charged me for procedures I did not request and failed to perform procedures I needed immediately. Complete chaos.
I was told x-rays were free for first time patients, they neglected to tell me they were billing my insurance for them. I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned and after a fairly long wait(I was in the office for over an hour) I only got x-rays done, got told I needed an extensive cleaning procedure not covered by insurance($1,600 out of pocket), and got told I had a cavity.
