I've taken my time to write this review but feel like it needs to be done. My mom started hospice on June 16th and passed away on June 19th, 2025. Other than the initial intake process and a visit from the nurse, to prescribe comfort meds and pronounce her death, I NEVER heard from them again. The claim that we are here for the family as well as the patient is really just a marketing ploy and a speech. The follow-up and grief services they claim to offer are not real. Nothing happens.
