My 12-year-old daughter recently got braces, and our experience has been excellent. Booking was straightforward, the receptionists were friendly, and the treatment coordinator was polite and helpful. They responded promptly to our questions and concerns, the orthodontist was professional, and the nurses were wonderful. The process and procedure have been smooth, and most importantly, my daughter feels comfortable and at ease.

From the very first appointment, every single member of the staff at Emrace has provided friendly, informative, and professional care for my son. My son needs both braces and a tongue crib, and we have felt comfortable and confident that he is getting the orthodontic care he needs. We have been given sufficient information about what is required and why, the expected time frame, the costs, and payment options. There appears to be excellent workplace culture, resulting in staff who are happy and friendly. Highly recommend!

Embrace Orthodontists Gungahlin has been amazing. We have only just begun our adventure with braces for our daughter but we don’t have a bad word to say, the staff are so helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Embrace for anyone starting out their own dental adventures.
