Updated my previous review (5 stars) to a 1-star review. Long story short: Avoid this company. First of all, the product and the people applying it are not certified. They burned my grass because the technician applied too strong a concentration of crabgrass killer, which also damaged other plants I have—grapevines and raspberry bushes. Jason from Emerald Green is professional and does great job with our lawn. He always lets you know he is there by ringing the doorbell first and then discusses the plan after inspecting the lawn. It’s been a tough year for weeds! Emerald Green stands behind their work and their customer service is top notch! They have done wonders for our lawn!
Emerald Lawn Care has been a source of immense satisfaction for us. This is my second time posting about their services, and we’ve been consistently impressed by their responsiveness and attentiveness to our needs. He rang the doorbell to let me know he was here, he provided me with an overview of the day’s treatment and watering-in needs I would do on my end, and he completed the service in timely manner. Beware of deceptive marketing calls. Yard condition -- 5 stars. The unfavorable review is entirely based on their marketing. I've used Emerald for years now and have been mostly happy with the service. Yard looks good, and when I had an issue a few years ago, one phone call and it was resolve right away. Today, my opinion of the company, as a whole, has been tarnished and not sure I'll continue my service next year.
