Updated my previous review (5 stars) to a 1-star review. Long story short: Avoid this company. First of all, the product and the people applying it are not certified. They burned my grass because the technician applied too strong a concentration of crabgrass killer, which also damaged other plants I have—grapevines and raspberry bushes. This is my first year using emerald lawn care and I am very satisfied. The pricing is reasonable, the techs that come out are knowledgeable, and they give you advance notice before every visit. I had a real problem with dandelions & crabgrass this season and after a few visits my lawn is looking infinitely better. I plan to continue with the company for years to come.
I recently switched to Emerald and finally after weed control. After using a different company for 7 years I finally have a green lawn with NO weeds! Humberto and Jason have both been great!
Emerald Lawn Care has been a source of immense satisfaction for us. Beware of deceptive marketing calls. Yard condition -- 5 stars. The unfavorable review is entirely based on their marketing. I've used Emerald for years now and have been mostly happy with the service. Yard looks good, and when I had an issue a few years ago, one phone call and it was resolve right away.
