Emerald built our pool more than 20 years ago, but when I called them for repairs, they came without hesitation. I was only charged for the parts they supplied and not the service. That is excellent customer service and the assurance that they got your back. Thank you Bryan.

You can trust them to put a pool in your backyard for sure, but if you have an issue then you are on your own. We had a pool put in 3 years ago and the concrete (colored and stamped so more expensive of course) cracked within a couple months. We have called and text and asked for this to be fixed for months, well years now, with zero response or sense accountability. It has been a great experience working with Brian and emerald pools. From pool design ideas and pool installation to Landscaping and tech support Brian was there each step of the way! Everything came together beautifully and on time. My wife and I love our Emerald Pool! Thank you Brian😎

We called to make an appointment to get a heater installed in our pool and possibly add a spa. Bryan showed up promptly for our appointment and told us he would get back to us with a bid. We waited 2 weeks for him and heard nothing. When my husband called office to see about the bid, the secretary said Bryan was on the phone and he would call us right back. It is now 3 mos later and nothing. I guess it wasn’t a big enough job for him, but a professional would call us back and let us know.
