They sell, sell, sell!!! They performed substandard work on our pool, which resulted in a defect in the pool with exposed rebar. I have called multiple times with inquiries concerning how to get it fixed. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns phone messages, nor do they responds to emails. Emerald built our pool more than 20 years ago, but when I called them for repairs, they came without hesitation. I was only charged for the parts they supplied and not the service. That is excellent customer service and the assurance that they got your back. Thank you Bryan.
You can trust them to put a pool in your backyard for sure, but if you have an issue then you are on your own. We had a pool put in 3 years ago and the concrete (colored and stamped so more expensive of course) cracked within a couple months. We have called and text and asked for this to be fixed for months, well years now, with zero response or sense accountability.
