I've been to the location in Burlington and now this one in Mebane and they are great all around. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They ask enough questions to make sure they understand my issue and then explain the diagnosis in a way that anyone can understand.
I had a great experience at Emerge Ortho in Mebane. It was easy and quick to get an appointment, and the wait time once I arrived was very short. The doctor was thorough during my visit and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
This was my first visit to EmergeOrtho in Mebane. I was referred to that clinic by my primary care physician for acute shoulder pain. Everything about this practice was superb, from the friendliness and professionalism of the staff to the calm and inviting physical environment. The service I received was superb. I give this orthopedic clinic my highest possible recommendation!
Took my daughter here for a sports physical and we had the most enjoyable experience here. The receptionist was very friendly and we were called to the back 10 minutes before our appointment. The nurse was funny as we were sharing information back and forth about the sports we played when we were younger. Then the Dr. came in , performed the physical exam and we were out in no time. A very pleasant experience… for a doctors visit 🤣
A mixed review here. 5 stars for my provider, Dr. Beneville, but 0 stars for the PT staff. After my initial assessment, I was put with a different therapist. She was nice enough but I was being run through the exercises I was assigned to do at home instead of doing anything new. I would bring up concerns about the exercises hurting me more and not given any changes or modifications. I was paying my copay to go have someone work me through the same checklist I had at home.
