Only waited about 5 minutes. He greets you as he enters the room which puts you at ease. He listens to your symptoms, gives clear explanations and advice, answers all your questions and concerns. He has really helped me with my injury and aches and pains. Yes, I recommend him to anyone.
I had an excellent experience with Dr Robert Satterfield and this orthopedic practice. After dealing with progressively worsening knee pain for six months, I finally felt truly heard and understood. Dr Satterfield is always cheerful and listens to what I have to say. He is thorough in answering my questions and making me feel we are making right decisions for my knee. First and foremost he listened to my concerns and when the visit was complete, I left better than I came in physically and mentally. First we addressed the issues with my knees and then he presented three options. Then we determined the best route to accomplish my goals. I am feeling confident that I am on track now to keep on going in my 70’s with a very active lifestyle. Thank you!
Dr. Satterfield is the best! He spends time listening to your concerns then explains everything with detail. He takes the time to make sure you understand and what your options are for treatment. He has been my orthopedic for many years and I have always been happy with my treatment!
