Nurse Emily is knowledgeable and experienced. She's also warm, kind, and funny--that's a notable bonus when I'm seeking a mental health care provider. She manages her time well during appointments. I've rarely had to wait past my appt time to see her and when I did, it was a matter of minutes, not 45 min to 1 hr I've had to do with other providers.
