I booked thru zoc doc on the 10/2 for a 10/8 appt. It said she was a different type of therapist After I booked it. So I cancelled it 10/3. And y’all’s office are trying to charge me. Every other cancelled appt went thru. Idk if it’s this place and or zoc doc but bull shit
I canceled October 3rd for an October 8th appt. I booked October 2nd. Yall still charged even tho I did everything right on zoc doc. I have a therapist I didn’t need you. Zoc doc lied about what specialty was. I have a psych therapist and they don’t have a 3 star average
