I have been beyond impressed with the staff in AND out of the water. On multiple occasions my little one has shown reluctance, and every time a staff member has spoken to her with patience, understanding and eventually gotten her into the pool. Our class size remains very small, allowing her to receive personalized attention. The facilities are clean and well-kept. There is ample room for parents and siblings to view the class. But most of all, the staff have been absolutely incredible!
We have had a great start to swim lessons here. The facility is brand new and nicely laid out. The instructors have all been very enthusiastic and seem knowledgeable about swimming. Both our kids have thoroughly enjoyed their lessons and are already showing improvement.
Fantastic school and fantastic staff with remarkable in-water methods. They helped our soon-to-be 4 year old trust the water, have fun and show him that he can do this while his fear & angst from other organization’s lessons floated away. The care and attention provided by Emler is first-rate. Barrett, the GM, make this swimming thing look easy as he and the school’s team are incredibly skilled at providing comfort for a toddler (& his parents) …in our experience, at least. Thanks Barrett & Emler!!
Had our first class for our 20 month old with Alba. It was amazing!! Highly recommend. Very attentive, explains things well, gave us multiple ways to try things. We did so many things within a 30 minute class. We can’t wait for our next class!
We have had a Great experience so far, the teachers are fun, engaging, and always give helpful feedback. The staff has been very welcoming and sweet to the kids, making everybody feel comfortable.
