Customer service skills is essential to have when dealing with your customers. My problem/ issue was resolved immediately when I spoke to Gregorio. Not only was he pleasant but he knew his job. Excellent Gregorio, we need more people like you!!

The representative was very helpful and professional. He stayed on the phone with me for every step of the process. I had to switch from two different accounts, and he was able to guide me for both and made sure to check and make sure they were done properly.

I called today because I wanted clarification with some administrative things and Staff was very friendly and professional. Mr. Ward, G. was very pleasant to speak with and inviting. I all my transactions with Empire Management Group are the same as today. V/r, Tony
