Greg Ward was amazing! He picked up the phone right away when I called with a warm and friendly voice. He was understanding, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step needed to resolve my problem. I didn’t know what to expect with working with the new management company but Greg provided assurance that I’m in good hands. Greg was awesome today ! I had a problem with billing in June saying i hadn’t paid my HOA fee. I was mortified as I always pay my bills. Today I received a text saying $403.00 was due. I called got Greg who quickly looked up my account and said if it have parentheses around the number you have a credit. Relief came over me! I knew I had paid. He made my day with that explanation. He wished for a good day. So pleasant and patient. Thank you for employing him!

We live in Thatcher’s Landing and unfortunately, this outfit is our management company. Their support for owners, that are not board members, is nonexistent. They could not care less about our concerns and basically ignore requests for a return phone call. Their lead for our property (Kendra) is outside her skill set. She should not be dealing directly with owners on any level. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! Your owners will suffer the consequences if you do.
We moved into Thatcher's Landing in May of 2022. During those three years, I have had multiple situations that required me to reach out to Empire for their assistance. Without fail, they were always deficient in the way they responded. They were either extremely slow to respond (multiple days, or even weeks), or sometimes, not at all.
