I do not recommend it, they never answer calls or emails. I own the property and the service has been terrible, very poor communication and service. In the back of my house there is a damaged lake that is sad because they have been negligent in not doing anything to work on it. There is even a bad smell and in the community you don't see anything of what they say they do. It is very sad to depend on a company like Empire Management Group I have picture and videos , look this is my community

Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today's work world.  The courtesy extended to me today by Ms. A. Lore was very impressive because of its rarity. Ms.Lore provided detailed explanations and personal assistance when needed. Such concern is refreshing and should become more widespread.

Mr. G. Ward was excellent. He used his initiative to help me to set up my online account and he stayed on the line until the process was complete. I really appreciated the step by step instructions and I am excited to enjoy the convenience of the online payment system. The online payment system itself if very easy to use and of course extremely convenient.
