Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today's work world. The courtesy extended to me today by Ms. A. Lore was very impressive because of its rarity. Ms.Lore provided detailed explanations and personal assistance when needed. Such concern is refreshing and should become more widespread.
Very helpful. Although the HOA expects payment by a specific due date eg. 01012025 via coupon yet today is 01072025 and nothing has been received via mail which is how we pay causing the risk of late payment and penalties associated. Granted we did receive notice digitally but not all of us have access.
Worst customer service. I put in a service request for roof issues from a hurricane in Sept and tickets are being closed out without even addressing with me and stating “discussed with homeowner”— on a separate issue! Yet Barbara keeps closing out these emergency repairs that I need to my roof. Calling the office and emailing constantly since Sept and still have a piece of my roof missing that is now getting water damage from rain! You call and they just take a message, no returned calls. Mr. G. Ward was excellent. He used his initiative to help me to set up my online account and he stayed on the line until the process was complete. I really appreciated the step by step instructions and I am excited to enjoy the convenience of the online payment system. The online payment system itself if very easy to use and of course extremely convenient.
I was please with his response he was very professional,in what he was doing,so that is the reason why I give him five stars..
