Empire Storage had the perfect size unit for us and Cheryl made sure we had everything we needed. I felt very informed after she walked us through everything. I definitely recommend Empire for locals. It's a great option for those extra items that take up too much space at home.
This is the best storage facility experience I’ve ever had, Cheryl (who runs the office) is amazing! She is always going above and beyond to make sure that our needs are taken care of and if ever we have an issue or questions she is quick to reach back to us if she misses our call, usually within 10-15mins. Very Friendly and always helpful. They don't make you feel guilty or harass you if you are late or even forgot to pay! I finally got it set up for automatic withdrawal. 🙄 Duh. The price is right and the Customer Service is excellent!

I started my application to rent a storage unit for my personal belongings, as Empire Storage asked while reviewing their website. For some reason I got bumped off the internet so most of my information was not saved! I immediately received a voicemail from Cheryl at Empire.
