I have lived here for 7 years and have always loved the care they take of this property. However with new owners it has gone down hill. The gate for parking has not worked for months. Key fobs to open gates do not work. The exit is permanently open so you have to enter the exit which is always open and hope to not collide with someone exiting. I picked this place so that my car was protected in a not so well area. Now anyone can enter our parking lot. And we have a ton of homeless people loitering around this neighborhood. T... read more
EDITED: Wow! Robert is a rockstar! After getting in touch with him, it was a smooth and easy process! He was able to hop on a phone call with me over the weekend, show me a video tour of the apartment, and even accommodate to my fast-paced schedule by getting the lease agreement drawn up in a lightning-fast turnaround. Robert's the best, and I'm so excited to call Empire home!
What a great experience so far!! I have been in the building for 2 weeks and I cannot be more appreciative of the pleasant attitude and the professionalism of the management. Both Sandra and Jessica, since day one ensured that they are available at all time provided high level of costumer service. Apartment it self in great condition, maintenance on to of their game and building is such an amazing spot for every kind of need. Thank you all!!
This is an excellent apartment with a very superior geographical location. The interior decoration belongs to the old money style. I live here. Robert Walker, the apartment supervisor here, is very responsible. He can handle all the problems that have happened and solved a lot of troubles for me.
I stayed in the empire building for 8 months and honestly, *prior to the end* everything was amazing. The landlord/manager was always there to take care of any maintenance issue and we were impressed with the quality of the apartment! I was going to leave a five star review upon leaving, but unfortunately, something has happened since. We have yet to receive our security deposit back (there were no damages I was aware of, we thoroughly cleaned and inspected when leaving, and we were courteous and mindful tenants while living... read more
