They closed on the sale of my home July 2nd without wiring the funds to my bank and paying my mortgage. Gladis and Jeny kept on saying it is with their accounting department and should meet wire deadline. This was 1-2 hours before wire cut off with Bank of America. This one star review is specifically for the team at 3131 Camelback Rd. The absolute worse title/escrow experience I have ever had with it being my 5th sales transaction over the last 22 years. From the start they had an incorrect and non-existing address down for me, no idea how they got the address so wrong other than it coming from KM Home Group.
