They have one of my transactions in escrow right now with Niki Metzler as escrow officer and who knows as the title officer. A very simple cash land transaction that shouldn't have taken more than 2 weeks to close. It's been 30+ days now. But the main issue I have is they haven't communicated at all through out the process. We don't have a title report or preliminary title commitment and my closing date is supposed to be tomorrow. So far I have not been impressed AT ALL. I can't say I will be using Empire West again.
