Terrible experience. I've been in mortgage for two years and none of my clients have had an experience with any title agency like I did this on. My closing date was the Tuesday after July 4th. They started by assigning me an agent that would be on vacation until my closing date. Then they left my title work to be complete by 2 separate people, one of which did not have access to her email.
