This office abruptly ended care due to staffing issues and then tried to force me into a referral to an in patient resident program with little explanation as to why the provider thought that was necessary. They don’t provide any sort of transitional help when having to change providers. I ended up having to stop taking multiple medications I was prescribed due to not being able to access refills due to the abrupt nature of the discontinued care. Autumn was an answered prayer! After spending 25yrs with my previous provider, Autumn helped me more in my first visit than he did in 25yrs. I have been with EmpowHER Health since October and my only regret is not changing providers sooner! Thank you Autumn for all you do ❣️

This has been the easiest and simplest journey I have ever had with a doctors office. I went for weight loss and have lost 15 lbs in 30 days- and now it’s been 90 days and lost 30 lbs. starting at 160 now 130
This clinic is wonderful. The ladies who work here are absolutely so nice! The clinic is clean, peaceful and of course gorgeous inside. I love coming here to feel the best version of myself! Highly recommend 10/10
