We have been seeing Dr. Sanches for five years, and she has been exceptional in every way. My daughter has a complex medical condition and Dr Ena Sanches is genuinely compassionate and personable. She listens, takes concerns seriously, and makes my daughter feel comfortable and respected. I recommend her without hesitation.
I was a little hesitant to come in for a Wellness Visit to PA during Covid. However, the care and consideration of everyone there was awesome. We all waited 6 feet apart outside to sign in one person in the waiting area at a time. Everyone wore masks. We were walked directly to our room. The services were quick and we were done and out within 30 minutes. It was a very good experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctor questioned my sister's stomach pain telling her it wasn't real before commenting rudely on her weight when she isn't even close to being overweight. This doctor was very rude and very unprofessional.
Dr. Sanchez is great. She has been the doctor for both of my children. The entire staff is great.
