Wow! What a wonderful experience. This facility put my recovery over the top! Excellent PT/OT staff, expert Nursing Care. And their chef served delicious beautiful meals. Single rooms w spacious bathrooms. Thank you Encompass
Had a chance to tour the facility and meet with their heads of rehab. First class organization and their amenities and technology is first-rate. It’s brand new and obviously super clean, but what struck me was that EACH and every staff member greeted us and welcomed us. Stood out big time - Service Excellence!
The facility is beautiful. The food is very good. The nursing staff is outstanding, very professional and empathetic, caring. The medications are given on time and when you ring for assistance, help with toileting, something to drink, etc., the staff responds very quickly. The physical therapists are well trained and work hard to get you up, moving and ready to go home. My husband was admitted to Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital on June 23rd after left total hip replacement. He is a right below knee amputee and he chose to go to Encompass to help safely rehab. Best decision he could have made. He is doing so well. Monday will be six weeks since surgery and we can honestly say that due to the excellent medical, rehab and nursing care received at Encompass, he is back to doing everything he did preoperatively. Encompass in Concordville was a phenomenal experience for my mom recovering from a hip replacement. From the moment we walked through the front door, every person in the building was kind, professional, personable and caring. Each encounter I had with the staff, therapists, doctors and administration was thorough and all inquiries were responded to. The building was kept impeccably clean and food was fresh and delicious.
