Had a chance to tour the facility and meet with their heads of rehab. First class organization and their amenities and technology is first-rate. It’s brand new and obviously super clean, but what struck me was that EACH and every staff member greeted us and welcomed us. Stood out big time - Service Excellence!

The facility is beautiful. The food is very good. The nursing staff is outstanding, very professional and empathetic, caring. The medications are given on time and when you ring for assistance, help with toileting, something to drink, etc., the staff responds very quickly. The physical therapists are well trained and work hard to get you up, moving and ready to go home. Encompass in Concordville was a phenomenal experience for my mom recovering from a hip replacement. From the moment we walked through the front door, every person in the building was kind, professional, personable and caring. Each encounter I had with the staff, therapists, doctors and administration was thorough and all inquiries were responded to. The building was kept impeccably clean and food was fresh and delicious. Thank you Encompass for everything and a special shoutout to Jamie for being a calming voice! 😊

It is the best place to recover from a surgery and get PT that you need to get back on your feet. The staff is fantastic. They are very helpful. Very considerate and very nice. And my favorite part is the food. The food was fantastic. I loved it. And one of the neatest things they do is when you're you're ready to go home. They ask you what song you want to hear and they played over the intercom and they're standing in the exit where you leave waving pom, poms and rattles at you. It's really cool. You have an extraordinary facility. The therapists and nurses were both professional and very caring. Something a person like myself overwhelmed after a stroke needed . They motivated me and praised my efforts. I will recommend Encompass 100 % and have been doing so. Thank you. Mercedes Rojo
