Will definitely not recommend this place. They put more emphasis on the aesthetics of the place than they do the care of their patients. My family members was a patient there and had such a horrible experience. On one occasion, she was left in the bathroom for 40 mins and no one came to help her (she couldn’t walk). The staff was untrained and unprepared to do their work. The staff was overworked and not at all attentive. If you have another choice please DO NOT COME HERE.
I have been hospitalized several times, and never have I had an experience as positive as my time at Encompass. I offer this review in the hope that it may guide someone in need of rehabilitation. This place looks new and is nice, clean and beautiful and mostly it has wonderful staff! The staff team is made of people that really cares. I couldn't name one and leave out another but all staff from cleaning, food, nurses, therapists and Dr's - just all members I encountered were very kind and caring individuals. Thank you for everything!
I was at Envompass for a week. My medications were changed and watched. I had therapy for my balance and they pushed me to get the most out of my visit. The Nurses and Therapists were great I would highly recommend it for someone looking for a health care place.
My mom left with an impacted stool. Drs didn’t listen or apply the correct dosages or medications. Not a great place for the elderly. Nurses were great but can’t go against drs orders. First night we had some video Dr come on who was inept. Wouldn’t give my elderly mom the correct meds and was totally incompetent. Took us two days to get her meds ones and distributed the right way.
