The exercises are great and individualized to meet my husband’s needs. He has Parkinson’s and movement disorder. For almost 90 yrs we think he is doing pretty well and we give Endeavor much of the credit for having such a good exercise program for him. He always looks forward to coming and is noticeably better. We appreciate the work that has been put into helping motivate him to set goals for continued improvement.

Both Jacob and Adam did a great job of getting my lower body back in shape. I am now able to do things that I couldn’t do 2 months ago.
