Truly miserable. I arrived at 2pm for a scheduled test drive. Old building. Some guy slumped in the customer wasting area and nowhere to park. Nowhere. Freezing cold. Sales guy wanders round with his manager on the phone saying look there is nowhere. There is a polestar dealer upstairs who just had a delivery. They eventually found a tight space for me. I had to retract my previous review as it is a whole new experience now. Great service by all staff (Ronaldo, Donell, Graeham and Jake). Had a couple of issues but they were addressed quickly and were on top the whole situation whilst keeping me updated. Would definitely recommend this branch.
