Worst after sales team you can get. Never answered the phone or even dealt with my issue on the vehicle. I had to report a defect to the sales team (the only people who are switched on) and was told someone from the after sales team would contact me. It's been 5 months. Was even 2 months without a car, paying almost 2K for those months for nothing. would give no stars if it was possible. They're even refusing to do anything as a gesture of good will.
I had purchased a brand new Lotus Emira from the west London branch. Within 5 days we had to give it in because of an oil leak. We were told that it was a manufacturers fault and that they would sort the issue out. It has been 21 days and we haven't received an update on the situation. We have had to constantly chase up the centre and every time someone gets on the phone they tell us there is no one available to speak to regarding our issue. I was invited to an exclusive weekend experience and test drive event. When I showed up on a Sunday morning at the agreed time. No one was there! Shop was locked up. Fantastic promotion campaign! Not sure if you every will sell a car with that premium service promotion campaign!
