I had been cross-shopping between Lotus, Alpine, and Porsche, trying to decide where to place my money, when I ultimately decided to visit Endeavour Lotus West London. I arrived completely unannounced on a Friday afternoon, and Ronaldo was my point of contact. We dealt with Ronaldo in sales, who was attentive, helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Lotus Cars. We didn't have a prior appointment, and sometimes sales guys can be a bit sniffy in those circumstances, but that definitely was not the case here, as Ronaldo could not do enough to help, squeezing in a test drive of the vehicle we were interested in and generally making us feel like valued customers. If you are in west London, popping into lotus is an absolute must. And if you go, ask for Ronaldo - cannot recommend him more highly!
Truly miserable. I arrived at 2pm for a scheduled test drive. Old building. Some guy slumped in the customer wasting area and nowhere to park. Nowhere. Freezing cold. Sales guy wanders round with his manager on the phone saying look there is nowhere. There is a polestar dealer upstairs who just had a delivery. They eventually found a tight space for me.
