Today I had a root canal done and boy i am so glad that I went to Endodontic associates of Frisco. Their service was great, with atmost professionalism and pleasant smiles. From the doctor to the dental assistant and the front desk personnel they were all so caring and considerate. The doctor was funny ,jolly and did an amazing job. I loved everything about this office. From the time I scheduled the appointment, the receptionists were very courteous and professional. Dr Fleury did an excellent job with my root canal, no pain the shots didn't hurt, his assistant Mabel was very good She explained every step along the way, I was very comfortable. Smoothest root canal I have ever had. I definitely recommend this office
I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Alex Fleury. He heard my concerns patiently, let me go through a list of questions I had prepared, and thoroughly educated me about my dental situation. I did not feel rushed at all during the appointment, and he even let me know I could check back with his office if I had any further questions. I was recommended by my dentist to Dr Fleury for a root canal. I’ve never had one before. I’ll start with the staff in the front office. They are very friendly and efficient. The office is beautiful. My dental assistant was excellent in getting me prepared for Dr. Fleury. I was so impressed with Dr. Fleury his personality and gentleness put me at ease. I’m a scaredy-cat when it comes to dentists. I recently gotten my “first” root canal treated with Dr. Fleury a couple weeks ago. I am a dental assistant myself with over 20 years experience and I had went somewhere else and ended up canceling due to their lack of urgency and rescheduling me multiple times.
