Don't Go To Perry Carnes!!! I wtne to Dr. Carnes for a Root Canal in Jan. 2006. It did not work, so he suggested I have an Apicoectomy. I agreed, as I was in a lot of pain. About 30-60 seconds BEFORE he began this surgery, he mentioned that "I could be numb in the lower mouth/jaw area for up to 6 months."
