I was referred to Dr. Kasem at Endodontic Associates from my dentist. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my this office and my experience. After complications from a root canal done years ago at another office, I found myself needing my third apicoectomy and was understandably very nervous. Efficient and kind from the very start! The front desk was great with booking my root canal and walking me through the process of my appointment and checking me out afterwards. I’m not one to be anxious at dental offices but Dr Delandia and Christina were patient, gentle, and very kind when I expressed my fears. They gave me movie glasses so that I can be distracted the entire time! Really great experience!
I could not be more grateful to Dr Kasem, he was able to treat my tooth problem. He is very caring, professional and really is so great in the whole process to make sure Ill get the best result of the procedure. Very friendly and warm staff. Calling on short notice, same day, with a major tooth ache required a root canal which I feared I was welcomed in. As I entered the examination room the procedure was very well explained which gave me confidence lowering my fear factor. Within 45 minutes and no pain during procedure, I had immediate relief to the pressure from infected tooth. Thank you to the entire staff for helping me in a time of need.
My first time @this office in Sheldon Rd. Tampa and I felt so well received and welcomed! All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable. I highly recommend this facility talk your dental care.
