From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The office space itself was beautiful, calming, and very zen, which immediately helped ease my nerves. The front desk receptionist was incredibly attentive from check-in all the way through check-out. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my insurance questions as well as explain the next steps for my follow-up appointment. I've seen Dr. Kasem twice now, once for a root canal and again for a consultation. Both experiences were great. I've been to both his Clearwater and Tampa offices, and everyone has been friendly and professional. I'm pretty nervous when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Kasem and his assistant did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. They made sure I was completely numb before starting and even gave me goggles so I could watch 50 First Dates during the procedure, which was a great distraction! Thank you very much. The office is very pleasant; there is a great sense of tranquility and harmony—an atmosphere of deep peace. The reception staff are exceptional and very eager to help. The technical staff and the doctor are highly professional, kind, and wonderful people. It was a very pleasant experience to go there for the dental procedure I needed and to receive such high-quality care—medically, technically, and on a deeply human level. My Father was a Dentist and performed regular dental services, root canals, and did oral surgery in his day of practice. My experience was fantastic! The office, staff, and Dr. were great experiences. No one looks forward to a dental visit and especially a root canal! Rest assured that you are in very capable hands with great experience, modern techniques, and very customer focused and compassionate people. What more can I say, you will be very pleased and grateful!

I was referred by my Dentist because of some pain I was experiencing with one of my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised that once I got there I didn't have to wait that long for someone to esscort me to an examination room. Dr. DeCandia made me feel like it wasn't all about rushing into anything until it was deemed necessary. Which I really appreciated. He recommended a follow up visit to assess again. If you're in need of a root canal, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Endodontic Associates.
