I had a great experience here getting a root canal. I had never had one done before so I was unsure what to expect. I was seen the same day I called and the whole process was as painless as they could possibly make it. Dr. Keating did a phenomenal job. I was back to normal the next day. Highly recommend.
This was my first root canal and I was very nervous to say the least. The staff and dentist were very professional and explained everything to me and made sure that I was comfortable. The entire procedure was fairly quick and easy. I appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Bal.
I would like to Thank Ms. Adora the assistant who help me prep and walk me through the process. I was nervous going in there but she make me feel comfortable and you can tell that she's very knowledgeable and well versed on what's going on and what's to happen. I'd heard horror stories about root canals so I was nervous about my appointment. I'm very happy to say that from start to finish everything was great. From the initial paperwork to the phone calls I received checking on how I was doing. Great place, great people and no horror story here. Hey, Dr. Gina Savani, you're wonderful!!!
I had 3 hour drive to get here and I'm so glad I was referred here. I was explained what the possible outcomes would be and the choices I had. I was nervous for the procedure but I actually semi-slept. A root canal sounds overwhelming, but Doctor Shi was very calming, gentle and precise. The staff is also kind and very professional. In the morning someone called to check how I was doing. I wish all my experiences elsewhere were like this. I would definitely come back if I had to.
