I was most happy with the service at Endodontic Associates Dental Group. I was pleased with a quick response for a much needed appointment. The receptionist, and ladies at the front desk were all very helpful, patient and kind to me. Dr. David Keating is very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He helped me to figure out my pain problem. He is very thoughtful and most respectful of his patients. His assistant was helpful and efficient. That was a wonderful treatment! The lady in front desk I wish i could remember her name she was really kind and professional. The Dr. Iranian American ( I forgot his name )he was super talented and professional. The root canal was done in smooth way and carful. This clinic in rosville is equipped with nice tools for the treatment. I appreciate so much what you guys did for me. Good bless you. 🙏😊
Following my dentist’s recommendation, I was able to get a same day appointment for a root canal at this office. Very helpful staff setting up the appointment. Dr Bal and his assistant Adora (not sure of the spelling), were so nice and thorough. Both explained each step, and were constantly checking that I was comfortable during the procedure. The office called today of make sure I was doing well. Very impressed with the whole operation.
Very friendly & competent staff, very clean & modern office & equip & most importantly, a highly experienced & recommended dentist. Dr Bal & his assistant Karla made the evaluation as pain free & thorough as I've ever experienced. They answered all my questions & I left with a great 1st impression.
The Roseville office was not only helpful, but they fit me in quickly. Dr. Bal filled me in on everything as the procedure went on and I felt very comfortable. Usually I need something to help me remain calm during a root canal, but this time I didn’t. I highly recommend this office.
