The Doctor I saw was Mr. Bai. He was very nice and explained my procedure clearly. The office staff were very professional. I especially liked, Maddy. She helped me with understanding the financial choices for payment. It's so wonderful to get a Real Human that is kind, accommodating and friendly. Give this girl a raise. She made me feel welcomed and no shaming over questions about using credit options.
Dr Shi was a perfect end to an appt with unknown results while walking into the examine room. Once Dr Shi walked in the examine room my fear dissipated. I felt comfortable & very relaxed. Dr Shi was so nice., She Diagnosed my problem and had a solution. The care I rec’d from the beginning to the end of my visit was exceptional.
Beverly at the front desk was extremely helpful finding me a spot the next day when I explained the severity of my situation. And Dr Bal was very compassionate, explained everything clearly, and took the extra time it took to make sure I was thoroughly numb. Very smooth, professional care start to finish!
I would like to Thank Ms. Adora the assistant who help me prep and walk me through the process. I was nervous going in there but she make me feel comfortable and you can tell that she's very knowledgeable and well versed on what's going on and what's to happen. I had Dr. Keating for my dentist, and I tell you, he did a great job. I was expecting pain after because I was warned about it but I went home and everything was fine. I had a great experience here getting a root canal. I had never had one done before so I was unsure what to expect. I was seen the same day I called and the whole process was as painless as they could possibly make it. Dr. Keating did a phenomenal job. I was back to normal the next day. Highly recommend.
