I had 3 hour drive to get here and I'm so glad I was referred here. I was explained what the possible outcomes would be and the choices I had. I was nervous for the procedure but I actually semi-slept. A root canal sounds overwhelming, but Doctor Shi was very calming, gentle and precise. The staff is also kind and very professional. In the morning someone called to check how I was doing. I wish all my experiences elsewhere were like this. I would definitely come back if I had to.
Excellent experience with Dr. David M Keating, He is very professional, attentive and explain everything in great detail. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The visit was quick and easy and the equipment they use is very modern. I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. I recommend it 100%.
Amazing office. Dr. Keating is incredibly knowledgeable and calm, and the staff is very experienced, courteous and kind. They took the time to explain all my 1000+ questions patiently and assure I was informed about the choices I needed to make regarding my tooth. The entire process was smooth from scheduling throughout my appointment. The support team, Beverly in admin, and Macy the assistant, were both professional and personable. Dr. Aneet Bal explained everything very thoroughly and discussed my treatment options ensuring that I understood all aspects.
