I had 3 hour drive to get here and I'm so glad I was referred here. I was explained what the possible outcomes would be and the choices I had. I was nervous for the procedure but I actually semi-slept. A root canal sounds overwhelming, but Doctor Shi was very calming, gentle and precise. The staff is also kind and very professional. In the morning someone called to check how I was doing. I wish all my experiences elsewhere were like this. I would definitely come back if I had to.
The entire process was smooth from scheduling throughout my appointment. The support team, Beverly in admin, and Macy the assistant, were both professional and personable. Dr. Aneet Bal explained everything very thoroughly and discussed my treatment options ensuring that I understood all aspects. I highly recommend Endodontic Associates when in need of root canal treatment.
Excellent Care at Endodontic Associates Dental Group – Roseville from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful with the paperwork process. Dr. Bal explained all my options and then very patiently answered all my questions. He did not push me to make any decisions and even suggested I could wait a few days if I wanted to and come back if necessary. Everyone was very pleasant.
The BEST dental experience this 66 year old has ever had, PERIOD. Excellent office staff and SUPERIOR work ethic and pleasant attitude regarding the dentist and his assistant. Dr. Keating was FABULOUS! I highly recommend anyone needing dental work to definitely make an appointment. You will not be disappointed.
