I was most happy with the service at Endodontic Associates Dental Group. I was pleased with a quick response for a much needed appointment. The receptionist, and ladies at the front desk were all very helpful, patient and kind to me. Dr. David Keating is very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He helped me to figure out my pain problem. He is very thoughtful and most respectful of his patients. His assistant was helpful and efficient. Following my dentist’s recommendation, I was able to get a same day appointment for a root canal at this office. Very helpful staff setting up the appointment. Dr Bal and his assistant Adora (not sure of the spelling), were so nice and thorough. Both explained each step, and were constantly checking that I was comfortable during the procedure. The office called today of make sure I was doing well. Very impressed with the whole operation.
Very friendly & competent staff, very clean & modern office & equip & most importantly, a highly experienced & recommended dentist. Dr Bal & his assistant Karla made the evaluation as pain free & thorough as I've ever experienced. They answered all my questions & I left with a great 1st impression.
Dr.Bal and his staff are the BEST! From the first consultation to my root canal, everyone was friendly, professional and most helpful in explaining everything from finances to the procedure. Dr. Bal explained every step as he was working on my tooth. Office was neat and clean and had no problem parking. All in all a very good experience.
Dr. David Keating and his team were wonderful. I recently had a root canal, and the entire experience was much easier than I expected. Dr. Keating was professional, gentle, and made the procedure smooth and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this office.
