Recently had a failed "root-canal" retreated at the Rocklin Office. From the minute I entered the office, the staff were very responsive and really, really friendly. The procedure is intrusive, yet they made it comfortable to the point I almost fell asleep! Just Amazing. If I ever have to have a similar experience, I would not hesitate to return to this office!
If you ever need a root canal, this is the Endodontic office you want to be referred to. I never thought that getting a root canal would be such a pleasant experience. They prepared me well for what was going to take place and they went to work and were done pretty quickly. All with NO pain whatsoever. Dr. Keating and his assistant and office staff are awesome. I was very apprehensive due to bad experience following a root canal at another dentist office. Yes, he was a dentist not an endodontist. This experience by far exceeded my expectations from scheduling, to billing to the actual procedure. David Keating, DDS explained everything and was concerned about my comfort the whole time, frequently inquiring about it. He was gentle, the best shots in my mouth, ever. Overall my procedure was great. Endotonist Dr. Savani, could be a little more personable. I informed her I had questions after my procedure. Once it was completed she turned off the light overhead and just walked right out of the room. No acknowledgment. Didnt ask how I felt, or adhered to the mention of me stating I had questions. Not even a bye or thanks, have a nice day. NO final words. I wouldn't recommend her. She made me feel like speaking to a patient was below her pay grade. Had a very long root canal which typically stresses me out. My experience was great. Zero pain or discomfort during procedure. Took ibuprofen when I got home. Zero pain after numbness wore off and zero pain or discomfort when I woke up on day 2. Great experience. Thank you!!
