Had a very long root canal which typically stresses me out. My experience was great. Zero pain or discomfort during procedure. Took ibuprofen when I got home. Zero pain after numbness wore off and zero pain or discomfort when I woke up on day 2. Great experience. Thank you!!
I have had a few root canals done elsewhere but I can honestly say that the root canal performed by Dr. Javaheri and his friendly assistant, Sam, was the best experience. Dr. Javaheri was very thorough and informative throughout the whole procedure. Best of all, there was NO pain!! I walked into the office at 7:30am feeling apprehensive but left feeling calm and extremely impressed. Thank you to the entire office for being compassionate, friendly, efficient and professional!
Great experience from start to finish! Starting with the first call - I was able to get a co payment quote the next business day. My root canal went smoothly - Adora took time to explain and ease my nerves. Dr Ball worked quickly and I was pain free during the procedure. I highly recommend the Dental Group. Very professional.
I recently had a root canal procedure with Dr.Keating and I can honestly say it was the best experience! The moment I walked in the office the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Very kind,Professional and productive team. I truly Left with a smile and no pain. Overall, I went in anxious but left feeling very relieved and grateful for the EXCELLENT care. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone needing a root canal.
Upon my first visit two years ago, I was practically heckled by the receptionist in the office. They were loud in front of other clients, visually upset about my lack of funds and the use of care credit. Practically shaming me over some confusion, I got upset and voiced my concerns, someone from the leadership team responded kindly. I did not post a negative review.
