Best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I usually dislike going to the dentist. The whole process was completely painless. Kerri, the dental assistant, was such a joy and made the atmosphere feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Panahi was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything. I never once felt uncomfortable. Before I left, both Kerri and Dr. Panahi prepped me on before-and-after procedure expectations, which really helped avoid any miscommunication. I have never had such a wonderful experience at at a medical clinic. My concerns about my pain and my fears were listened to and accomodated. Every single staff member was kind, personable, and helpful. I had two root canals done and I didn't feel a thing and they kept me comfortable the whole time!!! I cannot recommend this place more. I was going to cry when I asked my nurse if you had laughing gas. She responded “No” . . . But the Dr. on hand treated me and assured me that I would have a good experience. I thought of the incredibly awful experience I had with the specialist at Aspen that treated me plus he did not walk me through each step in the process. Dr. Paneshi and her nurse were so helpful. Everyone was amazing. They were all very kind, patient and professional. As many people, I do not like to go to the dentist. Dr Panahi and Kerri put me at ease, continuously checked with me throughout my procedure how I was doing. Dr Panahi was so gentle that I actually dozed off. I never thought that would be a possibility. I highly recommend Dr Panahi and Endodontic Associates and I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.
