As a referral patient, the nerves of getting a root canal done was real. However, the staff was extremly friendly from the first phone call. They were quick, kind, and helpful. I got my dental work done on a Friday and the dentist gave me her personal contact info to call in I had any issues over the weekend. I'd refer them to everybody.
I had an amazing experience at my appointment today! The office was very nice and clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a root canal done, and the doctor who worked on my mouth did an outstanding job. The entire procedure was smooth and comfortable. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this office to anyone in need of quality dental care!
Wish I could be seen here on the regular. The place is tucked off right in Arlington. Nice & clean! The doc was able to break down my situation in terms I could understand! Accent wasn't too thick for my country ears which was perfect. Tech was skillful and front desk had superb customer service. They offer call, text, and email so scheduling, confirming, and filling out forms was really convenient. They could have easily did the root canal & billed the V.A but they put me 1st. Most appreciative!!
A great place for dental work! They took extra care on making sure i was comfortable and informed. Telling me of every step we were doing and why we were doing it. From X-ray to my root canal, i knew every step and reason. Absolutely earned every star for outstanding work and service. I highly suggest coming here. My dental assistant Kristi was the best, been working there for 18 years!
I was referred to this practice by my dentist for a possible root canal. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Orza was knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. After careful testing, he determined I did not need a root canal. He explained my X-rays and tests in an easily understandable manner. I respected his honesty despite the decision being less profitable for the practice. If I ever do need an endodontist, I’d trust this place in a heartbeat.
