I've used these folks before for a different root canal and it came out great. It has been trouble-free for 8 years. This time was no different. The doctor got me right in and had the root canal done in less than an hour and a half. They are very particular and make sure that you're comfortable during the whole process. Plus, it was more reasonable than another office that had quoted me quite a bit more to do the same root canal. The front staff was wonderful also. Would highly recommend them.
First time doing a root canal and was very grateful for their expertise and bedside manner. From the second I walked in they made me feel comfortable and explained everything. Their playlist is also 🔥 which made my complicated root canal go by fast. Reasonable pricing and they offer financing if needed. Plenty of parking available. Thank you ladies! You’re the best!
Great customer service! The front staff were so nice and welcoming, and the office has a small, cozy feel that made me comfortable right away. The back staff was very sweet as well. Overall, a really positive experience at Endodontics Associates of Austin!
I had a really positive experience at EA. Firstly - I've discovered that Austin doesn't have all that many endodontist options - many offices have visiting staff that are infrequently available but I was able to get an appointment here very quickly. Estimated costs were provided up front days before my appointment. There was nearly no wait upon arrival to get X-Rays and be initially triaged. The staff was really nice, and the specialist who gave me the exam was a really awesome lady. I wish could remember her name. It’s so hard to find a genuine dentist to trust, and I mean trust! I saw three before I settled on one, but I was referred to see a specialist for a specific tooth. I went in here for a root canal, but it turned out my tooth had a vertical crack straight down to the root… she thoroughly explained to me my options, to do the root canal and waste a few thousand dollars, or extract it and get an implant.... read more
