All the staff at Endodontics made my root canal experience amazing. I have heard horror stories from people that have had root canals done elsewhere and I was very nervous. However, from start to finish and the recheck all went smooth and great. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their help.
I've used these folks before for a different root canal and it came out great. It has been trouble-free for 8 years. This time was no different. The doctor got me right in and had the root canal done in less than an hour and a half. They are very particular and make sure that you're comfortable during the whole process. Plus, it was more reasonable than another office that had quoted me quite a bit more to do the same root canal. The front staff was wonderful also. Would highly recommend them.
I hate to write this review because I appreciated the actual service, but they refuse to address why they double charged for my visit. In Dec I was asked to pay out of pocket $250, which I did, and for which I received an itemized receipt. Two weeks later my dental carrier sent me an EOB showing they covered a claim for the exact same itemized services. First time doing a root canal and was very grateful for their expertise and bedside manner. From the second I walked in they made me feel comfortable and explained everything. Their playlist is also 🔥 which made my complicated root canal go by fast. Reasonable pricing and they offer financing if needed. Plenty of parking available. Thank you ladies! You’re the best!
I had a great first time experience with this group. The staff was kind, patient and great bed side manners. I'm not a fan of doctor offices by nature, but I highly recommend Endodontic Associates of Austin.
