The staff was really nice, and the specialist who gave me the exam was a really awesome lady. I wish could remember her name. It’s so hard to find a genuine dentist to trust, and I mean trust! I saw three before I settled on one, but I was referred to see a specialist for a specific tooth. I went in here for a root canal, but it turned out my tooth had a vertical crack straight down to the root… she thoroughly explained to me my options, to do the root canal and waste a few thousand dollars, or extract it and get an implant.... read more
I had an excellent experience for my root canal! Diana at the front desk was incredible and so patient. All the way from scheduling me in as soon as possible to laying out the payment options very thoroughly. Hilary, my assistant, was sweet, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the procedure. Dr. Rane was amazing too—she had a gentle touch, making the whole process smooth and painless. The entire team made me feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend this office for anyone in need of dental care!
I had a really positive experience at EA. Firstly - I've discovered that Austin doesn't have all that many endodontist options - many offices have visiting staff that are infrequently available but I was able to get an appointment here very quickly. Estimated costs were provided up front days before my appointment. There was nearly no wait upon arrival to get X-Rays and be initially triaged. All the team has been very kind and professional! I was really anxious and worried, but all the staff - from front desk to doctor - were so helpful, cared about my pain and tolerance level, and I could finally afford taking care of a root canal. I'm so grateful I was referred to them, and I don't fear getting that done anymore!
Everyone was so nice. I had horrible pain shooting up into my eye. My regular dentist did some xrays and referred me out because the problem tooth had a crown on it. They are able to get me in the same day. They explained everything really well so I knew what to expect. I've never seen an endodontist before, but they were able to give me my first dose of antibiotics on the spot. We only got part of the way through because my pain level was so high.
