Awesome service!! Dr. Ji is great!! She's very thorough in her explanation of the work that's going to be done. She's very kind, friendly, and above all, very professional. She goes out of her way to make the patient feel at ease. I had no pain during or after the procedure. Her assistant was also great, and knowledgeable, which makes the procedure go swifter. The office staff: Veronica and Jaaquoya were very nice and helpful also. This is a great place all around...kudos to all!!
Dr. Ji was absolutely amazing. I have always been extremely fearful of dental work, and this was my very first root canal experience. I developed a molar abscess and required an immediate Root Canal. Dr. Ji and Staff are so skilled and patient in performing Endodontics at the highest level. They take the time to explain their evaluation of your condition and in accommodating the patient and the complex procedure same day if possible! I'm very satisfied with their amazing work! My dentist referred me to Dr. Ji at Endodontic Associates in Carrollton because I needed a "complex" root canal. Every associate was courteous, friendly and professional. Dr. Ji's manner, and sharing of why I needed the rot canal and how it would be completed, left me completely comfortable. She even stopped during the procedure to explain what stage we were on and how it was going. When finished she spent several minutes doing over what she had done. I strongly recommend Dr. Ji.
