I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Ji, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had trouble getting fully numb, but she was incredibly patient, finding very effective methods and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting. Throughout the entire procedure, she worked diligently and carefully, checking in often and explaining what she was doing. I genuinely felt like I was in great hands. I like Dr. Ji a lot!! I was so scared about getting a root canal but she really made it as comfortable as possible. They also fit me in really quickly and made sure I was well taken care of before my trip. I’ve also never had a doctor call to check on me before so it was really kind of her to reach out. She answered all my questions as needed and definitely made me feel well taken care of! I would go back to her any time!

Competent, professional, friendly, efficient, largely painless. Not my first root canal, so I can tell you… Dr Ji and associates provides the best endodontic available. Modern technology and Dr. Ji explained everything she was doing so I was never in the dark. Well done!

I had a root canal procedure on 10/13/25. Dr G and staff were very professional, friendly and caring. I experienced zero pain and was very comfortable my entire visit.
