Dr. Ji was absolutely amazing. I have always been extremely fearful of dental work, and this was my very first root canal experience. To my surprise, I ended up needing two root canals in the same visit, and I was incredibly anxious. From the moment she walked in, Dr. Ji was patient, compassionate, and reassuring. I’ve had two root canals done by Dr.Ji. One was a retreat on an infected tooth and the other was just regular. The service provided was great. Dr.Ji was very patient and walk me through everything she was doing until the end. She also called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. Both root canals were affordable which I was pleased with. They sent everything over to my dentist and emailed everything that was done for that day. I recommend this place to everyone. Yesterday I had a root canal done at this facility. The out come was very good and I remain free of pain or discomfort at this time. Dr Ji and her staff were excellent very professional calm and explained everything before during and after the procedure. I would recommend her to my friends if they need any root canal procedures in the future.
The entire staff is professional. From the time you check in you feel comfortable. Then next seeing the dentist’s assistant, she provided extremely professional and caring service . I highly recommend Endodontic Associates of Carrollton. Dr. Ji is extremely professional and caring. She even took the time to make a follow up call 2 days after my procedure. It’s never easy going for dental treatment but Dr. Ji and her entire staff made things much easier. Thank you!
Dr. EunJung Ji and staff are absolutely amazing! Went in for a second opinion after seeing a dentist recommending a tooth extraction. Dr. Ji proposed options to save my tooth, caring about my overall health rather than lining her pockets (went with a root canal). She kept me informed of all options and potential outcomes.
