The nurse and the front desk ladies were super super helpful and very kind. I will say when Dr. Eunjung came in for my consult it seemed very rushed as I believe she was in the middle of a surgery and needed to get back. She gave me a quick consultation and moved along. She wasn’t able to recommend anything outside of root canals that I didn’t need. First experience having a root canal… At EAC, they were exceptional and Doctor Ji was phenomenal! Dr. Ji took her time and explained to me what she was doing as we were going through the procedure. I was extremely impressed by her humility and her presence. I would highly recommend Dr. Ji to anyone that needs Endodontic dental work!
Dr. Jin was amazing. She was quite gentle and attentive to my condition that posed a challenge but she made sure I was fully healed. She also explained everything she was doing and checked in on me to make sure I was never in any pain.
I had to get a root canal before traveling out of the country. I was so nervous about the cost of the procedure and an unfavorable event that took place during a previous root canal. Scheduling was simple. An in-office CT scan and detailed X-rays ensured a solid basis for diagnosis. Dr Ji took extra care in assessing my needs and explaining options. I was comfortable throughout the procedure and Dr Ji explained how the procedure went and her professional staff explained post-op care.
