This office, personnel and Dr Ji were absolutely amazing. The Dr was great and explained every part of my treatment in detail. Never had any pain and I am so happy with my work. The office personnel were the best I’ve ever had. I recommend this office to anyone that needs root canal. You won’t be disappointed.
I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Ji, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had trouble getting fully numb, but she was incredibly patient, finding very effective methods and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting. The Endodontic of Carrollton team was truly very kind and helpful with getting me into their schedule as well as explaining my root canal procedure. It was my very first time and they ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. 10/10 I recommend this location and their awesome team. Never had a root canal before and was very nervous about it. Dr. Ji and her staff was excellent. It turned out to be as pain free as you can get. Dr. Ji was very informative throughout the procedure and comforting. Could not recommend enough.
I like Dr. Ji a lot!! I was so scared about getting a root canal but she really made it as comfortable as possible. They also fit me in really quickly and made sure I was well taken care of before my trip. I’ve also never had a doctor call to check on me before so it was really kind of her to reach out. She answered all my questions as needed and definitely made me feel well taken care of! I would go back to her any time!
