I’ve had two root canals done by Dr.Ji. One was a retreat on an infected tooth and the other was just regular. The service provided was great. Dr.Ji was very patient and walk me through everything she was doing until the end. She also called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. Both root canals were affordable which I was pleased with. They sent everything over to my dentist and emailed everything that was done for that day. I recommend this place to everyone. I recently had a root canal at Endodontic Associates of Carrollton. Dr. Ji and her support staff were excellent. Her assistant methodically and very efficiently took necessary imagery. Dr. Ji explained the root canal procedure in detail without using medical/dental jargon. I was as comfortable as possible, and everything went smoothly. The next day Dr.Ji personally called to inquire about any pain and answer any questions. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ji for orthodontic work.
Yesterday I had a root canal done at this facility. The out come was very good and I remain free of pain or discomfort at this time. Dr Ji and her staff were excellent very professional calm and explained everything before during and after the procedure. I would recommend her to my friends if they need any root canal procedures in the future.
The entire staff is professional. From the time you check in you feel comfortable. Then next seeing the dentist’s assistant, she provided extremely professional and caring service . I highly recommend Endodontic Associates of Carrollton. Dr. Ji is extremely professional and caring. She even took the time to make a follow up call 2 days after my procedure. It’s never easy going for dental treatment but Dr. Ji and her entire staff made things much easier. Thank you!
I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Ji, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had trouble getting fully numb, but she was incredibly patient, finding very effective methods and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting.
