My experience at Endodontic Associates of Houston was a very pleasant one, from my initial contact with Roman, the office staff person to the dental assistant and certainly Dr. Bacerra. I was treated with care and concern for my dental needs, which were explained, attended to and treated. My husband originally came here and saw Dr Hassid who he was very happy with. Based on his experience I also came to fix an issue I had with a previous root canal done by a different endodontist years ago. I sadly found out at my appointment that Dr Hassid retired, but Dr Becerra did my retreatment and she was great! She showed me everything in detail and made sure I was doing ok throughout the whole process. I was feeling miserable, I needed a root canal. Of course it happened over the weekend, so Monday morning I called first thing. Over the phone, Conrad assured me they would be able to handle my case. 10 minutes later I was on the road to their office. Once there, everyone was so kind and compassionate and very concerned about my well-being. I’m so appreciative of their skill and professionalism and in a couple of hours I was out the door, a little numb, but feeling so much better. Thank you so much to the entire team… ❤️

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I called to make my appointment until the end. Dr. Becerra and her assistant were very kind and explained every step of the procedure. I suffer from sensitive gums, and they were kind enough to ask me frequently if I was okay. I recommend anyone who comes here with the confidence that they will be treated with the best care possible.
