I got an appointment very quickly. When I arrived they called me back immediately, I didn't even have time to finish my paperwork. I am used to sitting in waiting rooms forever!! The doctor came right in and explained everything that was happening. He was very gentle. The whole process was very easy. I would definitely return if I needed another root canal, and I will definitely recommend them to othere!!

I went in for a root canal consult and was scheduled out for December. I was put on the cancellation list and they were able to get me in over a month sooner, which helped reduce the pain I was in. The root canal I received was the most painless dental work I’ve ever experienced. The staff was friendly and kind, and the overall appointment was comforting and such a relief.

They did an excellent job! The office staff was very professional and the endodontist did a thorough job explaining the process during the exam and for follow-up appointments. I am very thankful they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency visit.

Great experience all around: front desk, dental assistant and of course my procedure. All went as described, no surprises. Billing was also as expected. I hope I don't need another root canal but I would drive the extra miles to go back to the west side dr at this office. This was my second procedure, the first one was at the East Lansing location. I had the same experience at both offices. Simply The Best!

I had a great experience there, Dr.Bob was awesome, very honest with me. Was referred by my Denist for a root canal and after checking my tooth Dr. Bob said I didn't need one. Saved me lots of money. Office staff was great too. Definitely will go back if I need anything.
