I had a great experience with this endodontic specialist doctor DeYoung Erik - DDS. Appointment scheduling was simple, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure I understood both the treatment process and billing details. The doctor explained everything clearly and provided excellent care. Follow-up visits were thorough and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this practice for all endodontic treatment needs
The procedure was smooth and painless first of all!! But I am more impressed with the office in general, they stayed open late for me! I was in complete agony when I called (after leaving my regular dentist about a 45 minute drive away) around 3:30pm. They close at 5pm and I couldnt get there until almost 4:30pm but a doctor, assistant, and front desk girl all stayed so my procedure to be done that day! Everything about my experience was wonderful. The office was punctual, very friendly, open to my questions, and as I said when I got out of the chair , This was a breeze! The doctor informed me every step of the way everything that he was doing. It was literally painless. I rate the whole experience an A+.
The staff at the office were great. They were friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The exam was thorough and in the end treatment wasn't recommended. I will come back if necessary as they have earned my trust.
Referred for a root canal on an angry molar - chronically painful to pressure, heat and cold. Dr. Zorn is excellent! He was gentle (even the giant needles were tolerable) and clearly explained everything he was doing. He and his assistant Sam worked together in a perfectly choreographed dance. From my first phone call, everyone at this practice was courteous, efficient and professional. If you MUST have a root canal, choose Endodontic Specialists.
