My son is away at college and recently needed two endodontic procedures. The entire team at Endodontic Specialists was fantastic from start to finish. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating—making it easy to schedule around his busy class schedule and working directly with our insurance. They sent helpful reminders before each appointment and made the entire process stress-free, including coordinating the referral with his dentist back home. Very prompt. Professional and friendly. I most appreciated the honesty that the procedure I was there for would not be the best course of action and they let me know that . Then the office proceeded to call the surgical center I needed to solve my health issue and got me an emergency appt. immediately. Highly recommend! Thank you for being honest and listening to me!
Staff very nice and polite, the doc explained everything he was going to do before he did it In Which made me understand what he was going to do. Made me feel more comfortable about it all. I would recommend them. Great Patient service. They stayed after their closing hours to see me the same day I got my referral. They had me head right over from my Dentist. Checked to make sure what needed to be done and executed it with care and compassion. The Doctor took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure as well. Thank you. You all are awesome! :)
I give a 5+ star rating. They got me in the same day for treatment. I had a large abscess with facial swelling. I experienced no pain during the root canal. Dr. DeYoung and his staff were amazing. It was the fastest root canal I have ever had. I would highly recommend.
