My son is away at college and recently needed two endodontic procedures. The entire team at Endodontic Specialists was fantastic from start to finish. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating—making it easy to schedule around his busy class schedule and working directly with our insurance. I was very impressed with my experience, my dental insurance was already verified when I got there, they called me back before my appointment time and I really like how they have brochures by the dental chair that you can look at that explains the stuff they do. The dentist explained everything to me, the pro and cons of all my options. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me that the insurance part was verified confirmed (that’s usually half the battle)
I would recommend them. Great Patient service. They stayed after their closing hours to see me the same day I got my referral. They had me head right over from my Dentist. Checked to make sure what needed to be done and executed it with care and compassion. The Doctor took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure as well. Thank you. You all are awesome! :)
He was very gentle and so kind! I would definitely recommend this Dentist he did a Great job. All of his staff was on it with my concerns.i was able to get in the next day Thank you for the person that canceled
Dr. Epply and his staff are wonderful. They paid attention to all of my concerns. Root canals get a bad rap, but if you want pain free go to Dr. Epply. I highly recommend him!
