My 8 year old daughter was terrified to receive dental care, and eventually needed additional treatment for a permanent tooth, a pulpotomy. Dr. Elmore and his staff were very attentive and made my daughter feel less anxious & comfortable. They took the time to grab her a blanket, show interest in her hobbies, and build trust before the procedure. She did wonderfully, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and the outcome. Highly recommend, even for your kiddos!
Dr. Elmore and his staff were amazing. From the first phone call to checkout, they were all extremely helpful and professional. They added me to a wait list to try to expedite my appointment since I was in pain and to my luck, I got in the next day. No one looks forward to a dental procedure but they made it as comfortable as possible. This is the best experience I have ever had at any dental office! I was in for a root canal today, and believe it or not it was enjoyable. when I walked in to start filling out new patient paperwork the lady at the front desk, I think her name was Katy, was friendly and helped figure out my insurance. The procedure was pretty fast and painless Dr. Elmore was very professional. I would recommend.
Dr. Elmore was great. The pre procedure, procedure and post procedure care were top notch. I had mild discomfort a couple weeks following my root canal and had to utilize the after hours line and go for a post op visit, but each interaction was met with professionalism and comfort. I would recommend Dr. Elmore to anyone! He made an unpleasant situation (root canal retreatment) as easy as possible.
Staff was friendly and very professional. Took care of insurance issues prior to the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect. They were on time and explained the procedure as they went. They worked to make me as comfortable as was possible under the circumstances. Hope I don't need them again but highly recommend them if you do.
