I was impressed. Dr Evans and his assistant (nurse?) were lock-step the entire procedure. Very fast and efficient. Dr Evans is down to earth, practical in explanations, and very attentive to his patients’ reactions. I’ll be clear: I don’t recommend getting a root canal. But if you have to have one, I highly recommend Dr Evans and this practice.
Dr Swaar was amazing! Very informative and skilled, as was his staff as well. Best root canal I've ever had, and I've had a few. I appreciated his calmness, caring, very friendly attitude, their up to date procedures, his attention to my comfort , his musical choices and his humming/whistling skills. Very good job! I highly recommend Dr. Swaar. Thank you for making an unpleasant procedure, go very well!😊
Dr Evans did a phenomenal job. I felt he was very knowledgeable and honest when i came down to discussing different treatment plans. He not only fixed my tooth pain by doing an incredible root canal, he made me feel confident in my decisions. I really felt like he wanted the best for treatment but didn’t pressure me into any decisions whatsoever. This went so smoothly, and honestly, i had a delightful root canal experience.
I could have had a better experience. The physician is very personable, extremely competent. And the equipment is most impressive. Absolutely no pain during the procedure. A minimum of pain post & none during the next day after 9am. The physician provided very good patient education post procedure both verbal & printed. All of the staff had been very friendly & helpful. Excellent access for handicap needs & parking.
I want to take a moment, to SINCERELY Thank, Dr. Keith Evans and ALL of his WARM, Kind, and ABOVE the Line, COMPASSIONATE staff at "Endodontists Of Illinois!!!" Just a year to year and a half ago, id had had a bad setting with a previous dentist, that left me feeling scared and unwanting to deal with a problematic tooth. It became highly infected.
