A truly terrible service! After waiting several weeks for a response to an email, I finally received contact. However, In the meantime I had received prompt assistance elsewhere at a much more favourable price. Further more they felt it reasonable to bill me for an astronomical amount for the poor service they provided. After challenging this nobody seemed too bothered, they just want the money. I would give a zero star rating if it were an option. There were several other problems I encountered whilst dealing with them. So ... read more
