Great group of people to work with. Nathan & his team gave a great proposal, did exactly what he said he would do, then really followed through! Really smart electrical contractors!
I had a situation that required me to lodge a complaint, and I must commend the receptionist, Kaylie, who handled my case with exceptional professionalism and empathy. Despite my initial frustration, Kaylie remained calm and composed, actively listening to my concerns and addressing them with understanding. Kaylies soothing demeanor and effective communication really helped diffuse my stress and make the situation much more manageable. Beware that portfolio pictures are likely not their work! On 3/26/24 a whole slew of enterprise employees came to a job, they did the core and shell on, but took pictures of their employees in another contractors material cages and on floors where the work done was done was not done by them but by another electrical contractor and are portraying the work as their own! Their installation of the core and shell is poor craftsmanship at best, not up to current electrical code in places.
I was encouraged to join Enterprise Electrical because of the values the owner and his team represent and live by. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Electrical to anyone! They treat everyone with the same respect, whether they are a craft worker or an executive. -ES
