My favorite self-storage provider in Montreal. I've been using their services for over a decade now. They have a large indoor loading dock which makes it easy to bring things in and out without having to worry about the weather, whether you're using a small car or a large moving truck. Decent, clean freight elevators. Real 24h access at no extra cost. As a bonus, convenient little cafe right next door :) Highly recommended!
Great customer service. For some reasons, I had to call several times, but the agent, Steve was very patient to explain everything and make things clear. It was a smooth transaction all in all. Definitely, he deserves a five star.
It’s true that a few years ago they changed ownership, and with that came some changes, some for the better and others still a work in progress. However, I like to think that they are working on improving things and striving to do better. I had some complaints, but someone reached out to me right away in a very kind manner and took action on the matter, also assuring me that my feedback would be taken into consideration to improve the service for everyone.
