I was looking forward to using their service, but unfortunately my travel plans had to change. The management was very helpful and friendly, and they helped sort everything out. Thank you, if I ever need storage again I know where to go.

Rented a unit on a thursday, showed up next day with a truck to store my things only for the electric system to be shut down for over a day... no notification sent to warn. I had rented the truck for a few hours only so this really sucked. A notification would have been nice at least, but to have the system shut down for so long, it's just not the best way to take care of customers' experience. Excellent service! They were very courteous and gave me all the details. The unit was affordable. Only $29,99/month for the first six months. They have other sizes as well. If you need storage, I definitely recommend Montreal Mini Storage.
