Excellent service! They were very courteous and gave me all the details. The unit was affordable. Only $29,99/month for the first six months. They have other sizes as well. If you need storage, I definitely recommend Montreal Mini Storage.
Rented a unit on a thursday, showed up next day with a truck to store my things only for the electric system to be shut down for over a day... no notification sent to warn. I had rented the truck for a few hours only so this really sucked. A notification would have been nice at least, but to have the system shut down for so long, it's just not the best way to take care of customers' experience. First of all, they charged me the wrong price and finally after providing screenshots from their website, they said the website was wrong and offered me the price as originally quoted. So, I took this as a mistake. However, I have since decided to cancel and was told to email. I did, and received no reply and no confirmation. I'm not sure how trustworthy they are.
Lift system doesn't seem reliable. it doesn't go up and down like a normal lift .someone has to push the doors util it reaches the end point.As a matter of fact it gave me a big shock thinking the lift didn't work before realizing the way it works as one employee explained it.
Mohamed was a life saver. He helped me out of too many situations very patiently. Highly recommended!!!
