BRING YOUR MEASURING TAPE BEFORE PUTTING ANYTHING IN YOUR UNIT. I got scammed and got a 7x7 instead of a 9x10. I took another unit and didn’t get any compensation for the first unit which is basically half the size of what I asked for and still had to pay the price of a 9x10 even though it’s 7x7. I raised the issue at the front desk. The guy there was understanding and professional (which is why it’s an 2-star review instead of 1-star) and told me he couldn’t do anything so I should send an email, which I did. Twice. First of all, they charged me the wrong price and finally after providing screenshots from their website, they said the website was wrong and offered me the price as originally quoted. So, I took this as a mistake. However, I have since decided to cancel and was told to email. I did, and received no reply and no confirmation. I'm not sure how trustworthy they are.
Lift system doesn't seem reliable. it doesn't go up and down like a normal lift .someone has to push the doors util it reaches the end point.As a matter of fact it gave me a big shock thinking the lift didn't work before realizing the way it works as one employee explained it.
Mohamed was a life saver. He helped me out of too many situations very patiently. Highly recommended!!!
