Wow I was served by Helen the manager at the front desk. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable along the way. She’s certainly a great asset to the company, it’s being served like that.. that makes customers come back.
(UPDATE MAY 21 - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS. You are not open till 9PM. It’s been two months.) Helen was great, we had booked on the phone and payed for a bigger spot than needed. She showed it to us, we realized how excessive the space was and helped us adjust to find a lot that best suited our needs. Thank you Helen and I really feel like our stuff is safe in the hands of you and the team!!
The service that I received from the Montreal Mini-Storage person in charge, Helen Deligiannis was excellent. She is very friendly, helpful and efficient. She manages the parking and other difficult parts of the job with aplomb and good humour.
Woww what an amazing experience i had at Mini-Storage Beaumont with Helen. She helped me move to a bigger storage and she even helped me organise my stuff ;) ;) Thanks a million again and see you soon ;)
I wanted to share that due to my father was sick and had to visit Montreal. When I arrived there was no parking near by. Helen the manager of Storage was kind enough to allow me to park overnight for 3 days without any charges. She understood that I had a medical emergency and helped me out !! “I genuinely want to take a moment to thank Helen for all the support. Great Storage facility and always well maintained and kept clean as well.
