Just booked a storage unit, the process went so smooth. Big thanks to Stacy, she was very professional in giving all the little details, gave me the tour and helped me to choose the correct size of storage unit. Can’t wait to move my stuff in. 10 on 10 on cleanliness for storage spaces.
Wow I was served by Helen the manager at the front desk. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable along the way. She’s certainly a great asset to the company, it’s being served like that.. that makes customers come back.
I had initially left this review below for a parking space that I rented out from Entreposage Montreal Mini Storage, but then had my car window smashed and my car broken into after I left me car parked in the designated spot that they assigned me. Upon coming back to my car a couple of days later and discovering this, I found out that there were another 5 cars broken into at the same time, as well as the fact that this has been an ongoing issue over the past couple of years, on a few other occasions. (UPDATE MAY 21 - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS. You are not open till 9PM. It’s been two months.) Helen was great, we had booked on the phone and payed for a bigger spot than needed. She showed it to us, we realized how excessive the space was and helped us adjust to find a lot that best suited our needs. Thank you Helen and I really feel like our stuff is safe in the hands of you and the team!!
