Brandon is AWESOME! Smooth, quick transaction and move-in, decently clean storage spaces, fair rates. I do wish I could ride the elevator down to the basement with my stuff, and not have to use the stairs (which my arthritic knees protest), but that is a small consideration and not worth docking a star. Overall very satisfied, I recommend this storage facility. Did I mention that Brandon is awesome?
Great customer service and competitive prices. I’ve been renting a unit at the Mile Ex location for over a year and have been very happy with the experience. The staff is always helpful, the facility is clean and secure.

Wow I was served by Helen the manager at the front desk. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable along the way. She’s certainly a great asset to the company, it’s being served like that.. that makes customers come back.
