I have been using this storage facility over the past few years for various storage needs. Everybody I have encountered there has always been so pleasant and accommodating. More recently, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Coralie who has gone above and beyond over the phone and in person. In a world where customer service is sometimes lacking, Coralie exemplifies what it is to be a great representative for any company.
Coralie in Ste.Adele was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up the winter storage for our sports car. Martin was great showing us the storage unit for the car . Thank to both of you for the wonderful service . Would recommend.
I am moving in the area from B.C next month and this past week I’ve been calling everywhere spoke to few people to try to find a storage .. and yesterday I called this place .. I had a very pleasant experience at St Adele entreposage storage especially services provided by Gus and because of his service I decided to go with them.. If your looking for a storage place well I have found the best one around Mr Adam’s goes the extra mile and we can see that it’s genuinely who he is. Helping is his middle name I saw him actually helping one of his clients as he has with me moving them in…. How often do we see people lifting heavy things for someone they barely know, it’s inspiring that’s why I will never leave this place.
