Nice place! The customer service is bilingual and excellent from Martin, the site manager. The only flaw and the reason I took off a star is there is not any smoke or fire detectors or fire extinguishers on the premises. I certainly hope the administration corrects that as soon as possible.
I seldom write reviews, yet my recent experience with Coralie at Val Morin Mini-Storage is worthy of mention. She maintained a professional and courteous demeanor throughout our various interactions, exhibiting perseverance in customer satisfaction along with a good sense of humor. I found Coralie to be an ideal front-line representative and asset to the Company.
Coralie and Martin are truly a pleasure to deal with!! They are what service representatives should be 👏👏 Please thank them for a great experience Leo
We’re storing a car for the winter at the location in Val Morin. Martin helped me pick out the right unit, and got the account set up on site. It was very quick and efficient, but most importantly thorough. Martin went through all the details with me, and I left feeling secure knowing my little car was in safe hands. Five out of five for me!
Having lost my previous car storage space I am now dealing with Montreal Mini-Storage in Val-morin. I was given courteous and professional service. I dealt with Jeff and Martin who are both worthy of mention.
