Very thorough and professional welcome from Abdel, which is a far cry from what I sometimes get at the other big self-storage in the neighborhood. Facilities are fine, the quality of the latches on the individual lockers is a bit iffy, but I'm not really worried about it - there are cameras everywhere, and access to the building seems very well controlled/monitored.
