Whilst the actual truck rental was fine, every aspect of the company is actually centered on skillfully placing a plethora of hidden fees, and ended up feeling quite 'scammy'. Very thorough and professional welcome from Abdel, which is a far cry from what I sometimes get at the other big self-storage in the neighborhood. Facilities are fine, the quality of the latches on the individual lockers is a bit iffy, but I'm not really worried about it - there are cameras everywhere, and access to the building seems very well controlled/monitored.
