I'm truly impressed with the customer service here. From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy. I initially reached out through the chatbot on their website because I wasn't sure what storage size I needed. Hey there, Montreal folks! I just had to drop a 5-star review for this awesome storage place near downtown. Let me tell you why it deserves all those stars! First off, the location is spot-on. The place randomly increased rent 2 times in 1 year with no reasons. Rats, cockroach and bedbug infested also. Just nasty to know your stuff is stored where you got vermin constantly running around.
I had a great experience moving into a locker here! Alain was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgable, and even generously lent me a lock for the evening until I could get mine. Everything was well set up and maintained. I would recommend!
Maria at the front desk was so, SO helpful. Amazing customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth time moving everything. Could not have asked for a better person. Thank you so much Maria
