Our visit to Epic Tails was positive as usual. Dr. Becktell was reassuring about some issues we have been seeing with our sweet Maple. Dr. Becktell is an outstanding veterinarian who combines deep knowledge and insight with compassion, kindness, and intuition. Maple just loved her visit and was beyond comfortable with Dr. Becktell and the vet technician Leja. From the front desk experience with Shaara to the wrap up of the visit…I cannot recommend highly enough.
Dr. Becktell is amazing! And her staff is super sweet. They were able to fit me in for an emergency visit on the same day. She was so sweet with my pup and explained everything thoroughly. I’m so glad she will be our vet!
I highly recommend Epic Tails if you are looking for a wonderful family like vet! Epic Tails welcomed us like family and made our new rescue dog Finnegan feel loved and at eased. The staff wanted nothing but the best for our Finny and was there to make sure he feels comfortable and safe. We will be coming to Epic Tails now on for all of our vet appointments. Wonderful established practice!! Dr. Becktell, Shaara, Casey, Allison, and Lauren are so welcoming and my guys enjoy going to the doctor (even my anxious boy is fine). If you want a practice that feels like home, and where your pets are well cared for by experienced and compassionate professionals, this is the place!! The office is convenient to south Charlotte, uptown, and midtown with easy parking! I've entrusted the care of my dogs for many years, from puppies to seniors.
My lil man was feeling sick. They ran some tests . Everything went well. Left with some meds. Everyone was nice and explained to me what they needed to do and how much it would cost.
