Wonderful established practice!! Dr. Becktell, Shaara, Casey, Allison, and Lauren are so welcoming and my guys enjoy going to the doctor (even my anxious boy is fine). If you want a practice that feels like home, and where your pets are well cared for by experienced and compassionate professionals, this is the place!! The office is convenient to south Charlotte, uptown, and midtown with easy parking! I've entrusted the care of my dogs for many years, from puppies to seniors.
My husband and his late dog were loyal patients of Dr. Nicks for years. So we decide to comeback with our new pup. The staff there are always very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They even remembered our late dog. We’ve come here 3 times with Epic Tails and we’re very happy. Dr. Becktell is very thorough with all her answers and as a new puppy mom I appreciate it.
We love our vet! We got a puppy on a bit of a short notice (due to timelines shifting) & needed a vet for when he came home with us. Despite other clinics having month long wait lists, Epic Tails got us right in! & what a blessing it was! The staff have been so great. Dr Becktell and our tech, Casey, are awesome. First time coming in after a friend’s recommendation and I can see why she loves them! Dr. Becktell and Casey were so amazing with my cat and I love their approach to stress-free visits. He usually freaks out at the vet but was so calm with them and there’s definitely a reason why! W highly recommend them if you’re in the Charlotte area!
Dr Becktell, Shaara and the whole team have been awesome to my Steuben since they opened! He’s recovering well from a possibly life-threatening blood clot thanks to their fast intervention, and have followed up on their personal time as well to ensure he is ok. A great place to treat your pets.
