From the front desk to the staff in the back, we were greeted with amazing compassion and care. I had to take my oldest daughter in multiple times and after a less invasive treatment she ended up needing a procedure. I had bleeding and painful moles and need my moles checked for cancer because it runs it my family. They were amazing at getting me in the next day. The doctor froze the two moles that were bleeding. I asked her to check my moles and she told me to make an appointment. She said she couldn’t see me because she needed a longer appointment. The nurse that brought me back even said the doctor was going to need to look at my moles. UPDATE: Updated from 2 to 4. I had to go again but was able to request a different provider and holy moly what an improvement in my experience. I saw an PA this time and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, gentle, professional. She listened to me and provided great care. Again, the front desk and medical support staff were still 10/10. Previous: The front desk staff are very nice and professional. However, the doctor I had was incredibly misogynistic and kept making snide comments about me being "bossy" and "intens... read more

Old gal with short grey hair comes up to me after 15 minutes of waiting and checking me in, and then looks at me for 5 minutes telling me my blisters look like pimples. Swear people use ai too much now and days. Ts is NOT pimples. Y'all needa switch her out for a better licensed worker or smthn cuz she lowkey terrible ngl. (Not to mention this isn’t even SWELLED).

Cannot say enough good!! Check them out, caring staff in transition to a new facility still working out all the hiccups. Was dealing with a year long issue and they fixed my up good as new! Much less of a wait time for appointments than other locations.
